Giant cell tumor of the tendon sheath in the palmar region and second finger of the volar surface (Case Report)
Giant cell tumor (GCT) of the tendon sheath is the second most common tumor of the hand. GCT is placed locally and characterized by slow growth and benign nature. GCT of the finger is usually localized and not diffuse in the palmar area. We present here a 20-year-old man with a rare case of tendon sheath’s giant cell tumor in the second finger volar surface of the right hand with palmar area invasion.
