dc.description.abstractDespite its strong growth potential, European Union (EU), one of the most important economic powers of the world, is not able to provide sufficient instruments for the member countries to accelerate economic growth performance. This insufficiency leads to inequality in euro zone with respect to per capita income. Therefore, reaching real convergence process in the medium and long-term appears to be a crucial goal for the region.en_US
